Enrolment

  • To enroll in the Cephtactics Post Graduate courses, you will need a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry.

    These may include and not limited BDS, DDS etc.

  • Yes, international students are welcome to enroll in the Cephtactics Post Graduate courses in Orthodontics.

    Requirements for a basic dental degree are needed and an English language proficiency.

    Please note these qualifications do not entitle you to work in the United Kingdom. Dental practicing licenses are separate and subject to different countries. Please refer to your own medical board for more details.

    Some countries do not allow general dentists to practice fixed orthodontics or have limitations on the aligner therapies they can provide.

    Please note that visa and immigration rules and regulations would apply. If the student wishes to attain a letter for assistance for application to the relevant immigration authority, we will be happy to assist.

  • The student represents and warrants that they possess a sufficient level of English language proficiency to effectively comprehend, communicate and participate in the academic program.

    The student is required to provide evidence of their English language proficiency, such as a passing score on an approved English language proficiency examination (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or equivalent), or other acceptable documentation as determined by Cephtactics Ltd, prior to admission.

  • We send a payment link through Stripe the payment gateway that accept the following:

    Credit Cards: Stripe accepts major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

    Debit Cards: Most debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logos can be used for payments through Stripe.

    Digital Wallets: Stripe supports various digital wallet payment options, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Microsoft Pay. Customers can make payments using their stored payment information in these wallets.

    ACH Payments: Stripe enables Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, allowing customers to make bank transfers directly from their U.S.-based bank accounts.

Education

  • The time limit to complete the Certificate program is 1 year.

    If you complete all assessments before the 1 year is up you can advance to the diploma stage.

    Additional Courses

  • The Cephtactics courses are assessed through a combination of MQCs, practical assessments, and case studies.

    • 3 case assessments will be needed for the Post Graduate Certificate.

    • 3 complete or close to complete case presentations, plus multiple remote live treatment sessions.

    Detailed information about the assessment process will be provided in the course syllabus.

  • Upon successful completion of the Cephtactics courses, you will be awarded an award, certification or diploma, depending on the course level.

    The process for certification involves fulfilling all the course requirements, meeting the assessment criteria, and demonstrating competence in the subject matter.

    The certification will be issued by Cephtactics and signifies your achievement in the respective course.
